In most cases, yes. However, if your dog displays aggressive behavior and won’t allow us to enter your yard, we will notify you and return to the space once the dog is restrained or confined. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time frame while our team is at your yard, you will still be charged for the cleaning and the rest of your visit will have to be skipped.
